    Can anyone tell me which program is good for converting WMA and ASF files to AVI?

    I can't open any of these files by virtualdub or Dr Divx. But I can play these video files with Winamp.
    I need to convert these files so to transfer them to my Nokia phone.

    Windows movie maker, although not the best, will save them as DV-AVI.
    You can then re-encode to Divx in virtualdub.
