    Hi,

    This is my first post here.

    I'm wondering how to turn the timer off whenever i play something. It appears at the top of the screen on the left or right (in real time).

    The manual for this player is very poor and i thought maybe someone here would have an answer to what is likely a simple query.

    You can try the OSD (On-Screen Display) button on the remote control to toggle through the different displays, i.e. Title Elapse, Title Remain, Chapter Elapse, Chapter Remain, etc. If you continue on, the display will disappear and should not reappear unless you press the OSD button again at which time you'll have to press it several times until the display toggles OFF.
