    have i got a broken monitor or are the settings wroing cos whatever movie i watch theres a slight purple tint on white bits on there movie say the sun shining it wld have a slight purple tint, why??

    Check the monitor cable to make sure it's firmly connected to the computer.

    u lot are a bunch of nutters lol, its wierd though..isit an issue with the ccolour settings on the screen..its not purple on windows..

    Is the screen buggered??

  10. Happend to me once, i had the wrong codec with window media player. i just windows updated and it worked fine
