hi- i have a 2 disc svcd,i am trying to convert to dvd. i have used (s)vcd2mpg to rip and convert the bin files to mpeg2,this is my usual method,i then use tmpdenc dvd author to join and author the 2 parts, which i then burn to dvd.i set everything up as normal, but when i began output-i got an error message
the video resolution is 480x 576-this is not standard for pal or ntsc dvds- it tells me to use another resolution-but i am lost??-do i change some settings on (s)vcd2mpg - or use another program to do this?? please help

SVCD is not a valid DVD resolution, as you have been warned. You can go ahead and try the disk, many DVD players will still play it. If not then you will have to re-encode to a valid resolution like 352x576.
