    Have installed SVCD2DVD with no problems but when I try and start it up I get the following message.

    Mscorlib Error

    The process cannot access the file "C:\Programm files\ Badger Soft\SVCD2DVD\mscvp71.dll" because it is being used by another process


    Can anyone please help me?

    Ok. Do you have the file: msvcp71.dll in your system folder? This is usually c:\windows\system32.

    If you do not have msvcp71.dll in your system folder copy it there from the SVCD2DVD folder. Then delete it in the SVCD2DVD folder.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
