    I have an unplayable 1/4 pixel movie that I cannot figure out how to convert.
    Please help.
    (movie is Xvid , Ntsc Film , 720x480 )

    Some DVD players have a problem with Xvid's using QPEL (1/4 pixel).
    i have looked at previous posts suggesting doing a Fast Re-Compress with Virtualdub but when I attempt to start it up ,it comes back with an error.
