  1. first off, this is a "doctors only dvd" that has some back excercises on it...

i have officially run into the first dvd i could not copy, convert, or anything. i have tried to back it up using dvdshrink & clonedvd. this is after i TRIED to decrypt it to my hard drive (it failed during the process). i EVEN tried using TMPGENC express to import the dvd files and convert them to a dvd quality mpeg and that was working fine until half way done, the picture locks and the audio keeps going. i also have anydvd running during any process i have tried. anyone have ANY idea how i can back this thing up? i would rather not have to capture it, since you drastically lose quality. any idea?

  2. Turn off anydvd because it can interfere with dvddecrypter. Then use DVDDecrypter 3.5.2.0 to decrypt the DVD. If this works, then you are on your way. If this fails it would be useful for us to see the log file.
