Hi all,
I just wanted to notify you of a new article that I added to my site today. It compares a DVD+RW video recorder (scheduled for launch in September) with the DVD-Video "compatible mode" of a DVD-R/-RW/-RAM video recorder.
Since Pioneer and Panasonic are not very clear about the limitations of recording in DVD-Video "compatible mode" on their recorders, this article will give you a fair comparison.
Have a look at it at
http://www.dvdplusrw.org/video/comparison.html
If you have any questions or comments about DVD+RW, feel free to post them in the forum on my site.

Interesting article and I know what's going to be next on my "wishlist". I only hope that the finished DVD+R(W) writers will live up to the expections given by the DVD+R Forum. It's nice to have theories like "all DVD players are the same" which some people still say <grin>
