I am trying to convert an AVI (DIVX) that is 1.45 hours, stereo sound, 23.976 fps to play on my standalone DVD player.
I use 2 pass VBR, average bitrate 5640 (based upon 224 for the audio), maximum 9000, minimum 2000 and high quality (slow).
The motion in some scenes is not fluid - a bit jerky or choppy.
If I convert a 5 minute sample including one of the same scenes and exactly the same settings the motion seems to be perfect.
Is one of my other settings incorrect?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
