How to make a DVD from 2 movies + menu + chapters

Hello,
I finally got a DVD-RW (the NEC 3520) and I would like to make a DVD built from 2 AVI movies.
So for that I know I can use TMPGEnc Xpress and convert them to DVD.

What I dont know is how to create a menu and make chapters for each movie.
I used to make chapters for SVCDs with VCDEasy, is it possible to do so with a DVD ?

Can anyone help ?

Tmpgenc dvd author for basic menus, chapters or dvd-lab if you want ta make advanced stuff. dvdauthorgui or guifordvdauthor if you want something free but they are not as simple as tmpgenc dvd author.

Or click on Tools and select dvd author in the menu here to the left.
