  1. Does anyone know of any software that ripps DVDs on a Mac? And before you ask, they are not commercial DVDs.

    But since they are not commercial dvds you just need to make an image of them and then reburn them

    Do you have toast?
    if so just put the disk in, go to COPY and then choose CD/DVD copy in the tab window. Once the disc is chosen, go to FILE then SAVE AS DISC IMAGE. when complete, eject, then put new disc in and burn that disc image by drag/dropping it onto the TOAST icon in the dock

    If you dont have toast, you can do a host of things.
    Easiest is to OPTION DRAG [ie option click and drag] the mounted dvd to your desktop to copy it over. Use DVDImager to make a DVD ROM UDF mode .img and then use Disc Copy to burn that image to dvd.
