I've attached a screeshot, where are the advanced settings? I know they were there before, but I havent had any probs burning for a while, so I havent had to check the setting for a while. Can anyone give me an idea where else I can check/change the settings?

You don't have the Microsoft drivers.
That screen shot is for the Microsoft drivers.
Your screenshot says you have the Intel driverssnappy phrase
I don't know what you're talking about. -

I don't have any experience with an Intel IDE controller, but maybe you could try switching to the Microsoft drivers.
But be warned this could be dangerous.
When people said to use the Microsoft drivers they were telling someone that had an nForce to use them.
I have never seen such recommendations for and Intel IDE controller.
Please research this more before attempting.
