Encore just had a Bond marathon. 17 pictures in 2 1/2 days. I wanted to capture them all.

Just a few weeks ago, I was using a Winfast PVR 2000XP, and it did a fine job capturing to .avi.

But I'd hate to think of the stress I'd have put on my PC trying to get all the movies in .avi - not to mention the space I'd need to hold them.

I really enjoy the hauppaauge. I've captured while playing Half Life 2, and also while printing DVD covers. Absolutely no problems.

    Thank you hauppauge...

and thanks to everyone at this site. A great resource.
