  1. I have video on hard drive but cannot encode, I am using super dvd creator I try to add file and get a error message saying" NOT SUPPORTED MEDIA FORMAT YOU NEED TO INSTALL SOME CODEC. RENDER FILE(WFILE) my question is how do I know what codec to get and when I find it how do I use it to encode video, is it a special program that needs to be run before using super dvd creator. Thanks

Go get g spot, it will tell you which codec you need. G spot and codecs can be found in the tools section.

  3. Use gspot. It's freeware and you can find the link to download it in the tools section.
