Could you please tell me how can I encode a "video" sequence using [MPEG
Software Simulation Group,"MPEG-2 Encoder/ Version 1.2"
ftp://ftp.mpeg.org/pub/mpeg/mssg] at a fixed
quantization scales
For example quantization values 8, 10, 25 for I, P, B-frames respectively
The parameter file only specifies the following
/* q_scale_type (I P B) */
These flag sets linear (0) or non-linear (1) quantization scale type
for the three respective picture types.
Is it possible to do it using this MPEG software encoder for MPEG-2 streams
or I have to try another encoder ?
I look forward to your reply
