I converted AVI to VCD Mpeg using TMPGEnc as stated in
http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm
But I am not getting any audio. Only video is there.
Also, in the guide it mentioned to check the FPS (frame per second) use Windows Media Encoder, goto View->Statistics..
I presume it is Win Media Player, what they mean. However, I opened my original file in it and when I went into the "statistics" field, it said "No statistics available".
Now, how do I know what FPS is it so that I know the format NTSC/PAL to encode to.
When I use NTSC, I get picture but no sound
When I use PAL, I get sound but no picture.
Please help.

Load the AVI in Virtualdub, File menu>Information will give you the framerate.
