I've searched all forums and have not seen anyone experiencing this...

...when I author a new DVD using ifoedit (using a 5.1 AC3 file for audio), it sounds jumpy/glitchy on playback. I know the AC3 file is fine because it sounds perfect when I author using TMPGEnc.

    Thanks.

p.s. I can't use tmpgenc because I want to use multiple AC3 files.

Never happened to me... Try running your AC3 thru ac3fix before authoring them. Might be something odd with them that doesn't bother TDA...

Thanks for tje help, and tool. I tried it, but the same thing is still happening when I use the new file. Maybe IFOEDIT doesn't like 5.1 AC3 files.
