Photodex ProShow Gold logo on video does it go away?

Does anyone know if the ProShow logo goes away with the purchased version? Whenever the DVD starts, it flashes the big ProShow Gold logo. I want to use this product professionally and do not want this to show up. It looks very tacky. I am hoping it is only because it is a trial version. Anyone with experience please comment. Thanks.

I have owned ProShow for several years. The ProShow logo that starts with their shows does not go away on it's own. However, you can override it. I am not at home with the software so don't remember the exact steps, but hunt and peck a little and you should find the option to show no opening and/or put in your own.

When you open an authoring icon, DVD, VCD whatever, click on shows icon and uncheck the proshow logo (junk) in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will default for all authoring selections as well. You need only do it once.

I found it, but mine was grayed out and wouldn't let me unselect it. I could change intro.psh, though. Maybe it was because it was a trial. One thing is for sure, Photodex will not talk to you if you have the trial. I don't know if they do with the full product. I am hesitant to purchase because of the way I have been treated. thanks for the information.

I had occasion to talk to them, with the registered version, and had no problems getting answers. I cannot see why they do not answer trial versions, as they are dealing with potential customers and should not PO them. It is a good product and makes good and easy slide shows. Earlier versions had some problems, which they have addressed, such as writing DVD's and locking up. No problem Now!
If the check mark is grayed out, it is on purpose. The registered version will work.

I finally had one response to about four questions after at least four days. You are correct. They shouldn't make potential customers mad. Maybe they are a small company and are just overwhelmed. I wrote them again. I created a video and set the sound to go down when other sounds play to 10%. So when a video comes on, with sound, the background music goes low. Works good on the computers, but the burned DVD didn't work. Hopefully, they will answer soon.
