background noise

i have a video that was recorded in a factory and there is machine noise in the background. i want to keep the foreground audio of someone talking. is there software out there that can filter the background noise out.

I use acoustica to filter out motor noise from my dv cam. Download and read the help file about removing noise. Works great for me.
