I encoded a 200-odd meg MPEG1 to VCD, the bin/cue files won't play, nor will they burn properly, I tried to encode a 400 meg avi to SVCD, it ran for 13 hours and gave me a 7 meg file and said it was finished? I took the same avi file, encoded to DVD, player won't recognize the VIDEO_TS folder, says no valid media file?
AND, every time I start it up, it asks me to install mencoder and mplayer, both of which are the latest versions, I install them properly, and when I restart ffmpegX, it asks for them to be installed AGAIN.
I just got started using it again abut two weeks ago, and it worked fine, but now in the last three days it's been a mess, is there a way to completely strip the program and all the binaries from my system and re-install from scratch?
Also, I lost my e-mail with my code, if I send my e-mail addy, can I get it back?
