  1. bad media
    burner needs new firmware
    hd interruption
    burn speed too fast

    try simulation first
    ive been having trouble with nero just stopping and not going any futher. ive tried oing the stimulation and it wouldnt go all the way through it.i updated my software.there is no bad media in the movie and i lower my speed to the lowest it would go.i got a hp dvd writer 630i.im trying to burn a movie that i converted from avi tyo dvd format.any help would be appericated.

    What type of Media are you using? IE Ritek, TY, CMC, Prodisc? What version of Nero do you have?

    bad media means the brand of blank disc you are using.

    Are you using Nero to author the DVD or just burn it?

  5. how will i know if the disc im using are good. iv'e used maxell dvd+r, memorex dvd+r and memorex dvd-r.no i dont use nero i use winavi.
