  1. Hello!

I found a site Link removed - Capmaster as I was looking for some seller who sells Premiere for a cheaper price than most of the shops, because we need another license for another PC. Does anybody of you know something about that site? Could it be that they really sell original software? At first point I ofcourse thought that it is some piracy site, but I am wondering that how can they be in business if they did piracy selling?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately being on the internet doesn't guarantee legitimacy. Here's a grab from a popular warez site that's been around for a long time:

I blurred their name because I won't advertise for them. I suggest you remove the link in your post too, and edit the topic title so their name isn't in it, if you suspect it's selling illegal copies

I find that site doesn't use 128 bit secure on their order page when placing a order.....that sounds a bit fishy to me....the site says the order form will be processed through their 128 bit secure server.....it's odd because most online retailers have the 128 bit secure on the ordering page.....I wouldn't order from them but that's just my opinion.....looks like it's open for easy ID theft.

  4. Yeah I also noticed the same that it isnt 128bit! Very strange thing indeed, maybe I should ask what Adobe thinks of them.

Georg, I went ahead and removed the link from your first post. Thanks for editing the topic title

It's best to just avoid those shady sites. Not only do some of them not use HTTPS secure ordering, but I imagine they don't do much to protect your card info from hackers, and who knows ...they may even sell the numbers as a sideline. Once unscrupulous, always unscrupulous :P
