Is there some way to rip songs that are played in menus on DVDs, to WAV?
The music is played as a menu on a DVD instead of using a video file. DVD decrypter doesn't seem to have the ability to do menus.

Menus are contained within VIDEO_TS.VOB and/or the _0.VOB files (VTS_01_0.VOB, VTS_02_0.VOB, and so on .... ). Try ripping these files in file mode with either smartripper or DVDDecrypter, then demux the files using VOBEdit. This should give you the menu's audio, most likely in AC3 format. From there you can convert to WAV in any number of programs, with AC3Tool being my recommendation.
    If in doubt, Google it.
