    How do I convert mpeg2 to mpeg1?

    Hi samifox,

    You'll need to transcode so the bitrate goes down to MPEG1 standards (see "What Is... VCD", top left" and re-sample the audio so it's at 44,100Hz.

    TMPGenc might (should) do it for you, and is freeware for spitting out VCD MPEG1s.

    TMPGEnc would be my tool of choice also
    If in doubt, Google it.

    TMPGen claimed that the Frame Size,bitrate and audio dont fit to convert it to mpeh1 in the Output setting.

    so it seems that i should fix it first but how?
