    After ripping a dvd using DVDBackup - DVD2One and burning with Toast, does the new copy have any encoding on it? I want to know if future copies can be burned directly from Toast without going through DVD Backup and DVD2One again.

    By "yes" he means "yes, you can do a direct copy from Toast," not "yes, there is copy protection encoding."
