    Hi!
    Im looking for an encoder which can convert

    -from most common formats(for example mpeg) to installed codecs(for example xvid)
    -makes non-interleaved files
    -also encodes sound

    I tried Winavi, honestech and looked throw tools on this site with no luck.

    Actually virtualdubmod would be better since it would accept mpeg2. It would spit it out as an avi with whatever codec you have
