Have you run the suggested repair ?
Have you recently upgraded quicktime or another third party component ?
Have you contacted official support channels ?
    Read my blog here.

  4. $6,000 - $15,000 for a software encoder and they can't spell "purchase" in their sales brochure. not sure if they are for real or who'd trust them.

    http://www.rhozet.com/rhozet_priceList.pdf

The price for Carbon Server includes one Carbon Coder rendering node that runs on the same machine as the server. Maintenance is offered for an annual fee of 15 percent of the purhcase price and is required for the first year. Maintenance includes all software updates and technical support.
Carbon Server (includes 1 same-machine Carbon Coder license)........................... $14,995

if i paid 15% of that "purhcase" price for support i damn well wouldn't be asking for it here.

Yeah I thought the same thing. Honestly the first thing that came to my mind was a bad warez hack... but who knows the op could have actually purchased that software. :P

I agree though. If you paid that kind of cash for that program then you need to get your support from rhozet.

    Hi SID,

As I am using this software from last one & half year I know that how its gonna work. Seems like you are using the cracked version of this software & now it is struck which means you have encoded some amount of videos & now it is giving you this error message.

Well you need to have the USB dongle in order to get rid of this error & you don't have to purchase it from ROHZET. I got it here in mumbai from some software vendor who deals in hacked softwares. They just copy all the necessary files to that USB drive & make it USB DONGLE for Carbon Coder. This Dongle will cost you about 15000 Rs. per dongle.

    Thanks,
