what is the best ? I've used both of them, and honestly, don't see any difference.

tried to search on the net any topic related to this, but no luck

people say that 1.5 is better than 2.0

Why did you buy both, without checking out the functionality of the earlier/later version?......try and get a refund on the version you dont like.

Before anybody jumps up and down yelling 'warez' ... realize some of us have friends that have computers that do video too. It's how I get all my Mac experience, for example.

I didn't say anything -- same with me and FinaL Cut Pro and a lot of other apps owned by company(s) ..

I had just assumed the way the first post was worded that he had both in hand ..

I just asked a simple question....but it went into a wrong direction, if you own or not the software.....

NOW, does anybody did some more testing ? I need more "heads" on this....

1.5 seems a little better with some material , 2 with others

2 has a lot more features and is MUCH faster ..

I can't really "see" the difference between 1.5 and 2... Feature wise though, 2 is way above 1.5.... I really like the direct to dvd compliant VOB conversion. I also can't remember but I belive some of the filters like the very powerful "temporal noise reduction" are not in 1.5...The queing and watching utilities are also vastly improved...
