I've tried doing all the steps in the tutorial on this site, but when I try and add the MPG to Spruce up it gives me this error...

Error in the System Header - Information in its Component elementary streams may be corrupted.

Any ideas?

I've actually got the Pioneer DVD/R and are trying to get decent backups of dvds.
