    Been searching through the guides now for ages and can't seem to find what I want.

    Being a noob, I need an easy guide on the different DVD file formats/structures, for example: the difference between video_ts (.bup .iso. vob) and what each means and different image types/formats IFO/ISO?? (used mainly for DVD-RW VR mode).
