Epson R200 CD/DVD Printer Tray

Greetings,
What is the best way to go about getting a new CD/DVD printer tray from Epson?

I called them and after hunting around for 15 minutes the tech was able to get the part #. I got a replacment for my Epson 900 for 15.00.

Parts Manual for an Epson 950, I think it uses the same tray as r200. Look at page #9

I got the replacement tray for free and did not even have to ship my old one back. Call the 800 number and tell them that the printer does not accept the DVD tray. After asking you some questions, they will ask for the serial number and then your shipping address.
