It's kick @ss for newbies. It's the easiest program by far for converting AVI, MOV, WMV, etc files to Video_TS compliant VOBs and IFOs. The quality is decent, and the speed is great- 31 to 33 Frames Per Second on my P4 2.4.
The app has few options, but that's one thing that probably makes it so fast at encoding.
Finally, it's FREE (at the moment, says VSO). Check it out. I'm interested in reading other's comments.

Hey whats up even though i dont have a burner yet. I tried the program out on a small divx file and it worked great.
Cant wait till i get the burner. -
I don't like it that much, as I prefer to have a bit more control over the end result. Unfortunately, a lot of "one-click" applications suffer from this - in order to make things simple and noob-friendly, they are bugger-all options so customisation just isn't an option.
But hey, if YOU'RE happy with it, and it does the job YOU require, stick with itIf in doubt, Google it.
