How the hell do you convert an AVI that was made at a resolution of 720x376 to MPEG so that it keeps the exact same aspect ratio? I've tried atleast 4 different times to make the conversion keep the correct aspect ratio, but it never works. Please help. I'd need to be able to keep the aspect ratio because after I convert the AVI to MPEG, I need to convert it to DVD format files to burn to a DVD.

Try encoding it using the anamorphic/16x9 template.

So basically there's no way to keep the EXACT aspect ratio? I've tried the 16:9, it stretches it horizontally, so I loose the sides of the frame, even though I maintain the letterboxing vertically.
