When I compress a FULL dvd with intervideo dvd copy 2, everything works fine. The problem is when I use customize setting. I select only one audio stream (English AC3) and all the SUBS, and delete all the extras. When compressing is finished, it doesn't use all the available space that can fit on a 4.7 GB dvd (uses about 4.01 gb's or less) and also when I open the VIDEO_TS file the movie doesn't start. I have all the files under the VIDEO_TS folder. I know the .VOB files are good because I tested them individually.
