DVD Shrink 3.2

Question,

I am just getting to use DVD Shrink in an effort to get a DVD copied. Everytime I get ready to do the backup and click OK, DVD Shrink has an error and closes.

Also, when I click on backup, my DVD Burner opens and the disc tray comes out. I then close it again, click OK at the backup screen and get the error

The error is a windows error stating that DVD Shrink has encountered an error and must close.

Any ideas?

Maybe reinstall DVDShrink or try an older version ?

I tried uninstalling it and also using version 3.71 with the same results every time.

I dont understand why when I click backup my DVD Burner tray opens up and I have to close it. Then I press OK to start the encoding and it gives the error I mentioned above.

V3.0 b5 normally works on just about anything. If it still does the same thing, I'd suggest there's something fooked up with your computer.

Have you had DVDShrink work successfully on other discs ?

Can you rip the DVD then feed this into DVDShrink ?
