    Could someone please explain the difference between, AVI, DivX or XviD to DVD MPEG2 and AVI, DivX or XviD to DVD? Is there some different format for conversion to just DVD vs DVD MPEG?

    Do both create iso files?

    I feel Dumb and getting dumber.

    Right now I am having Nerovision express 2 convert an AVI file to DVD. I have no idea what I will end up with DVD or DVD mpeg or some generic Nero type.

    to DVD = usually all-in-one tools that both converts to mpeg and then author to vob files. But this could also mean to dvd mpeg files.

    to DVD MPEG = converts to mpeg2 files that you after author to a dvd with an author toooooooooooooooooooooool.
