  1. Here's the situation. I use DVD Decrypter 3.5.1.0 to decrypt my movie and then DVD shrink 3.2 to shrink it. I am not shrinking it as I have some Dual Layer media that I'm using. I just take out the foreign language and then do a back-up and change my disc size from the 4.7 to the 8.4. Then after I shrink it, my computer opens up DVD decrypter and then I get an error like this:

"There doesn't appear to be enough space on the disc to burn this image"
    Image size 3,461,940 sectors
    Disc size 2,295,104 sectors

I've looked on the forum for help, but haven't found any. Please direct me where I can find some help or please help me.

    Hi dl3r,

I don't know the answer to this, but it may be something for you to look into - "Does DVD Decrypter 3.5.1.0 support dual layer burning?"

If not, use a buning app that does. Only a shot in the dark, but a start I guess...

If you have dual layer disks, why bother removing anything ? Just do an ISO Read, ISO Write in Decryptor and be done with it.
    Read my blog here.

I gotta agree with this. Why make something harder than it is ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

  5. Ok, I tried to make an iso image and then write it to the dvd, but I have the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you sure you're using DL media? 2.3 million sectors sounds like the number of sectors on a single layer DVDR to me.

  7. Check it out, what's strange is that I bought this from Bestbuy and it's verbatim and I think someone may have switched out the DL layer media and place single layer in. That's strange since I wasn't sure why the media didn't accept the size. Thanks.
