I am new to the VCD creation scene and I just bought my first DVD player this week. So, among many other things, I need to leard how to create menus within the VCD so that I can navigate between the clips that I burn into the VCD. What are my options for this? If someone could give me a tutorial on this I'd be much appreciative! I have EZ CD Creator 5 but I'm getting Nero because of all your advice. Thanks in advance!

Personally I think the best program for this is TSCV you can d/load the newest verison at:
http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/mpg/TSCV082r1.zip
and there's a pretty good guide at:
http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/r/d/rdm186/
Now, TSCV is not the easiest program in the world to use. But the newest verison is fairly easy. You can make still or motion menus, add seamless chapeters (ie. entrypoints), and even burn (CDRDAO) from within the program.
[aside if you only want to add chapters then VCDImager Easy is easier].
There's also info at TSCV's main site, http://www.tool.org but is out of date. -
Will TSCV make menus and entry points with one large MPG or does it have to be cut into parts ?
