    Hello,
I have a video that's only about a second long. I'd like to have the video last one minute total, with the last frame just being frozen for the remaining 59 seconds. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Another option is I take a screen cap of the last frame and somehow join the video with the picture- the picture would "play" for 59 seconds. I don't know how to do either though

Just figured out one option (Windows Movie Maker).. for future reference though- does anyone reccomend a different program? Perhaps one that supports different file formats (inputs and outputs)?

  3. I've done it with adobe premiere, capturing the last frame as a still and inserting it onto the timeline for the amount of time needed. I haven't tried it with other programs so hopefully there is a less expensive program that can do this for you.

In vegas, insert velocity envlope, insert two points on the last frame, set the last point to 0%, then stretch to 1 minute.

    Piece of cake.

  6. ^^^ Beat me to it. Make sure you hold down the CTRL key for fine adjustments, or you won't get to zero.
