Fastest and best way to do dvd labels

I have a friend who does large amounts of dvds for a company. He's willing to shell out money for something that will help with the mass production of dvd labels. What's the best and fastest way to print out dvd labels? Epson R300 isn't what he's looking for, pretty much whatever that can handle a lot of work and produces a good product.
