do any of u guys know how to remove most of video artifacts without removing to much details? i would also like to know how to remove as much macroblocks as possible still keeping maximum detail. Please respond.

you can't remove macroblocking, pure and simple. Artifacts can be "softened" so that they're less prominent, but the old addage "Garbage in = Garbage out" still stands true.
If in doubt, Google it.
