  1. I have burned approximately 200 DVD-R's that all worked well on my 5 disc Panny player. I bought a new tv and got a Tosh Sd-5970 progressive scan player thrown in with my tv purchase. The Ridata disks I used in the past pixelate and freeze up near the end of each disk. I am assuming that this media is not compatible with my new player. I have searched the forum and cannot seem to find any info on what media works best with this type of player. I am relatively new to this type of stuff and it would be great if anyone had any tips to lead me in the right direction.

    Thanks in advance,
    Flex

On the Toshiba SD models, I high recommend the DVD+rs.

I have the SD 3750 and it does play both, but on some DVD-r's it intends to pause or sometimes lock up. On the DVD+r's I have not seen any problems what so ever. I recommend DVD+r's
    for your SHIBA

    Also trash DVDXCopy.

    Use Shrink & Nero

    Or Shring & Roxio.
