    I want to join 2 parts of one movie. Part 1 160kb Part 128.
    I want to convert the joined file to dvd with dvdsanta.
    how do i do?

    Convert the audio to be the same in both avi's.

    Use virtualdub. The process is actually quite straightforward, though may look complicated to a newcomer. Take a look at the guides and find one that suits what ever you are trying to do.

    Of course the other option, as you are converting to DVD, is to encode each avi to mpeg seperateley and let the authoring program 'join' them in to 1 movie. I don't know if DVDSanta can do this but may other DVD authoring programs will.
