AverMedia 300 PCI Locks Up with Nero 6.6

Hi All,

Anyone have trouble with Nero 6.6 NeroVision and AverMedia 300 board? I loaded the latest update to Nero last week..NeroVision has a new module for Video Capture. It come s up OK..display is fine ..but as soon as you try to capture it freezes the whole system. (Win XP pro) Can't even kill the program..literally everything is frozen. Tried updating both the Avermedia drivers and Nero to the latest version (6.6.0.1) No joy. Anyone have any ideas?

System is 2.5 Pentium 4
60GB and 80 GB HD (80 dedicated to video)
1GB DDR Ram
