Recently donated.SVCD2DVD seems 2 be working ok then..

I get errors.Surviving Christmas by VideoCD and any other 10 vcds or svcds i tried all get the same errors.Here they are from the log."Analysing File: *** shared version mismatch detected - 0x75BE006C/0x18A2005A."its seems to keep working for hours but when i checked the log thats when i saw the errors,i mean the motion bar at the bottom of the SVCD2DVD window just stops after a while, but it dont post any errors and thats when i checked the log.the next error in the log is "Error getting mpeg details. (probably due to AC-3 audio)
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file C:\Documents and Settings\Icebergsteve\Desktop\Mirc DLs\ctp_sc101_info.xml".
this one suprised me because according to the nfo, the release group VideoCD did not use AC-3 on thisone.Then the last error is"*** Trimming start of video ES
