    If I finalize a DVD-RW disc [ to be played on a dedicated dvd player] , hereafter can one rewrite on it again ?

    You can always either quick-erase or full erase an RW using your burning app ...no matter what's on it

  4. If I understand correctly, once you finalize an RW, you can't add to it. You have to erase it to write to it again. That's all that finalize means.
