    when i try to move the assets etc bin files to the tileset layout they will not go in there,any help please

    only *.avi or *.mpg files can be dropped on the titlet set layout. From the help:

    From the release notes:

    If you are processing BIN files: Load them as assets and do a batch extraction (Process Assets->Extract…..). Then start a New project & load the mpgs. This is to allow you to check the mpgs for sync issues.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
