  1. I am using MPEG Video Wizard to edit various mpeg clips I have extracted from several DVDs.

However, on several clips, the PAR (Pel Aspect Ratio) is 3/4, whereas on most of the clips it is 9/16. All clips are 720x576 (if that matters). Is there any programme that lets me change the PAR? Because when i export the movie, these clips with the different PAR setting look stretched and really stick out.

I just want all the clips to have the correct proportions. I do not mind about black bars and having these at different heights, as long as each clips looks as it should do and not stretched/squashed. Thanks.

dvdpatcher. you must demultiplex the mpg first, you can use tmpgenc->file->mpeg tool>-simple demultiplex.
