Hi, I just recorded 5 titles on DVD, the AVI files were perfect, however when running on a stand alone DVD player the fifth title is all jolty, like it pauses every so often for a second then restarts. But i cant understand why. Heres the stats, can anyone spot where a problem would lie?
TMPGenc plus to encode the AVI-MPEG4
TMPPGenc DVD author to author
Nero to burn.
the MEPG4's were about 640mb
can anybody help? I really dont know whats causing this, I haven't had any problems before

Yeah the Mpeg plays ok. no problems there. Does that mean it's a problem with the burn?

Crappy media?
Does the burned dvd play ok on your computer? Test with a software dvd player. -
It's bulkpaq 8X and they came quite highly recommended
No it works beautiful ON PC, I'm playing it on a PS2 where it doesn't work
Do you think it might be the Console? -
Certain PS2's have issues with DVD-R Media. Have you tried a normal DVD player?

yeah, ps2's can be picky. first try burning at a slower speed...maybe 2x. if that doesnt work try different media
