I have a rebadged PIONEER A05. This is really frustrating me for a long while.
I've been using TDK DVD-RW discs and also Fuji DVD-RW both 2X and they usually last me for a few re-writes (5 at most) and they go bad. The cost is adding up and I feel like I might as well burn my sample or previews on cheap DVD-R's instead of DVD-RW. GRRRrrrrr...
Had anyone have any issues with DVD-RW where at some point they just won't format or erase anymore?
I've tried many things and I also downloaded DVDInfo as it seems to have more capabilites in terms of Erasing/Formating. I tried all of them on the discs and then try writing with NERO, DVD Architect, DVD Decryptor and none of them recognizes the disc or it gets and error that the disc is not writeable.
I work on my projects on Vegas and then I burn using DVD Architect and every 3-5 rewrites, the DVD-RW disc just seems to go back on both brands.
I've also done some writes using NERO and after a few Rewrites, they just go bad. Likewise with using DVD Decryptor when writing ISO.
Anyone has any ideas? Is it my writer? I have the latest firmware and no luck.
